CLASS SCHEDULE

NEMWELLNESS STUDIO CLASSES

PILATES Pilates is all about spine health, good posture, body awareness, and core strength. You’ll learn quality movement patterns that bring balance to both body and mind. Our mat Pilates programs focus on building balanced strength and a deeper connection with your body. We offer different levels of classes tailored for beginners as well as advanced practitioners, so everyone can find the right challenge. What to expect: Just set yourself comfortably on the mat and follow the guidance of our professional coach

STRENGHT AND MOBILITY These two aspects of fitness complement each other greatly. Class suits those who are looking for balance in training and care about good posture, healthy joints, and a strong, sculpted body.  You'll develop lean muscle, improve your range of motion, enhance your overall body awareness, and learn to move freely and efficiently in your everyday life. What to expect: A mix of functional strength training with dynamic stretching and mobility work. Perfect for both those who are just start

OUR TRAINERS

Olga Nemlander Personal Trainer

Olga Nemlander

Olga is the founder and heart of our studio — a trainer who believes movement should bring joy, not pressure.
With a background in functional fitness, Pilates, and mobility, she helps clients build strength and confidence while improving posture and overall well-being.
Many of her clients say her workouts relieve headaches better than ibuprofen — and her support makes even the most hesitant beginners feel at home.

I’m a coach by education and by heart. For me, fitness is not a race for results, but a journey toward mindfulness and health. I’m passionate about Pilates, Stretching, and Myofascial Release — practices that help strengthen the body gently yet effectively, improve posture, increase joint mobility, relieve tension, and bring back freedom of movement. As a result, they enhance overall well-being and quality of life.

My main rule is simple: step by step, from easy to challenging — without stress or burnout. Fitness should bring health, energy, and inspiration.

Each session for me is an opportunity to help people reconnect with their bodies, learn to listen to themselves, and make life a little better, freer, and happier

Movement can do what no medicine can — no remedy in the world can replace the healing power of movement. After surgery in early childhood, I was left with deep adhesions, and after two pregnancies, my spine was literally “twisted” — herniated discs appeared.

But I didn’t give up.
With the help of a skilled osteopath and carefully designed training, I rebuilt my body and once again felt alive, strong, and free.

Today, fitness is not just a part of my life — it is my way of life.
I know for sure: only we ourselves can truly help our bodies.

I hold two certifications:

  • Certificate from Anna Kurkurina (2017) — spinal and joint recovery through movement;

  • International Personal Trainer Certificate from Nordic Health Academy (2024).

Over 20 years of training have taught me one thing: Movement has the power to heal. And now my mission is to help others regain their health, strength, and confidence — through movement.
