GROUP CLASS ATTENDANCE RULES
AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Before placing an order, please review the rules
1.Class Booking
Class bookings should be made through the website www.nemwellness.com.
2. Cancellation Notice:
Cancellations or rescheduling must be done no later than 8 hours before the start of the class. Cancellations made with less than 8 hours notice will result in charge of the full session rate or loss of the session from a membership package.
3. No-Show Policy.
Failure to show up for a scheduled session without prior notice (no-show) will result in a charge of the full session rate or the loss of one session from your membership package.
4.Attendance Rules.
Classes from monthly memberships must be used within the current month and cannot be carried over to the next month. Advance booking is required to attend group classes. To attend a class, you must either have a valid membership or pay for a single session.
5.Payment.
Payment for classes can be made via invoice, bank transfer, cash, or MobilePay. Smartum, Epassi, and Edenred benefits are also accepted.
Subscriptions must be paid before the start of classes in the current month. Exceptions may be made by prior arrangement.
6. Prices
Trial session 10€
Single session: 18€
5-class card (valid for 3 months): 75€
Monthly Memberships packages:
€50 – any 4 classes per month
€78 – any 8 classes per month
€105 – any 12 classes per month
All prices include VAT
Important: Unused classes from the current month cannot be carried over to the next month.
7.Refund.
Monthly membership packages are non-refundable. If you're unsure whether our services are right for you, we recommend attending a trial session first to help make your decision.
8.What to Bring to Your Workout
Footwear: For Pilates sessions, no footwear is required. For functional training, it's also recommended to go without shoes, but the choice is yours—you can wear shoes if you prefer.
Water: Be sure to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during your workout.
Clothing: Wear comfortable athletic clothing that doesn’t restrict your movements, allowing you to perform all exercises freely.
9. Participant Health Responsibility Statement
Before participating in personal training sessions or group classes, please be aware of the following:
It is your responsibility to consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have any existing medical conditions, injuries, or concerns about your physical health.
By attending these sessions, you confirm that you are in good physical condition and able to participate in the activities without risk to your health.
The personal trainer and group class instructors are not medical professionals, and their advice should not be considered as a substitute for professional medical guidance.
Any exercise program carries inherent risks, including the possibility of injury. You participate at your own risk, and the fitness studio or trainers cannot be held liable for any injury, illness, or medical conditions that may arise.
If you experience any discomfort, pain, or other adverse symptoms during a session, stop immediately and seek medical attention if necessary.
10. Policy Changes.
Nemwellness reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
11. Policy Agreement.
By signing up for group classes, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
All other disputes or disagreements shall be governed and regulated in accordance with the current laws of Finland.
PERSONAL TRAINING ATTENDANCE RULES AND CANCELLATION POLICY
1.Attendance:
On agreed time and date you should be in the gym in training clothes:
In case of getting late, this time will be deducted from your session time.
2.Cancellation Notice:
Clients are required to provide a minimum of 12 hours notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of an appointed session.
3. Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made with less than in 12 hours notice will result in charge of the full session rate, or loss of the session from a pre-purchased package.
4. No-Show Policy:
Failure to show up for a scheduled session without prior notice (no-show) will also result in charge of the full session rate, or loss of the session from a pre-purchased package.
5. Trainer Cancellations:
If your trainer needs to cancel a session, you will be notified as soon as possible, and the session will be rescheduled without any extra payment.
6.Payment
Payment for classes can be made via invoice, bank transfer, cash, or MobilePay.

You may request a refund for unused personal training sessions from long-term packages within 14 days of purchase. However, personal training sessions that have already been attended and any customised programs provided are non-refundable.
