GROUP WORKOUT

Exercise in groups and get the most out of your workouts. You can sign up for gym training in small groups, or Pilates and  functional fitness in bigger groups 10-12. Check the descriptions and choose the day and type of workout that suits you best from the schedule.

Monthly Memberships packages:

€52– any 4 classes per month

€80 – any 8 classes per month

€125– unlimited during 30 days

Trial session - 10€ 

Single session: -19€ 

5-class card (valid for 3 month) -78€

SMALL GROUP

Small group training will begin in August 2024

 

You train under my guidance, just like in individual training sessions, but you pay less. You also get the support of workout buddies, which increases your motivation. I recruit people with similar goals and fitness levels into the same group. There are no more than 4 people in a group.

Trainings take place in the gym and You need to purchase a Liikku gym membership to participate in a class.

PILATES

Pilates class designed to enhance your core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness. This low-impact exercise method focuses on controlled movements, proper breathing, and alignment to improve posture and balance. Suitable for all fitness levels, our sessions incorporate mat exercises and equipment to challenge and support your body. Whether you're looking to tone muscles, alleviate stress, or improve your fitness, our Pilates class offers a comprehensive workout for a healthier, stronger you.

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

Mobility plays a crucial role in your overall well-being and quality of life. My mobility programs help you maintain healthy joints and promote an overall sense of ease in movement. Increasing your range of motion leads to better performance.
